Move and learn

Each time we lift a finger, blink an eye -or- shift our balance, our brain is taking lot of messages from our muscles and mixing those messages into refined actions.

As infants we all learned to move by experimenting with active play.

As young children, we all explored our world with our senses. And that powerful one: movement delivers so much to our brains.

The brain happily munches on motion and makes us merry with the activities.

Movement fills the brain with information during active play.
