The BASIC move! Rock ‘n Roll!
Follow these simple steps to develop a great skills:
the ability to move the body from the ground to your feet!
With a good ‘tug’ on your legs via your arms…kids can master this simple task and build both brain and body POWER!
This task is taken from the Kidskills Manual 5: Making Muscles.

The simple motion of tucking the head, and bringing both arms into the body as well as curving the back:  all good fundamental skills for any person, sport or physical activity.
