The moment you and your child can rest in one spot:  waiting in a checkout line maybe: ask them to stand on one foot and stretch their hands wide to their sides.

Give a count: One, Two, Three! Rest with the bringing of the lifted foot tothe foot.

Try again on the other foot and count to four…-or- more.
